Job Duties

  • Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service
  • Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
  • Act as a coffee and tea expert delivering passionate and knowledgeable service
  • Generate new guests through exemplary customer interactions and brand enthusiasm
  • Prioritize safety ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees
  • Maintain store tidiness organize stock and contribute innovative ideas for store success
  • Take initiative with tasks and contribute positively to team and store performance
