Job Duties
- Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
- Act as a coffee and tea expert delivering passionate and knowledgeable service
- Generate new guests through exemplary customer interactions and brand enthusiasm
- Prioritize safety ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees
- Maintain store tidiness organize stock and contribute innovative ideas for store success
- Take initiative with tasks and contribute positively to team and store performance
