Job Duties

Fulfill opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and necessary instruments, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors
organize, stock, and maintain work areas
enter orders into the MICROS system and obtain payments from customers
take orders, input them into the system, and prepare food and coffee
ensure appliances like coffee machines are switched on and off at appropriate times
clean tables and cart areas for coffee service
maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
obtain necessary change for expected transaction levels
compute cash register at end of shift and complete cashier reports
comply with company safety policies and report maintenance issues or hazards
ensure professional appearance and uniform
maintain company information privacy and protect assets
support coworkers and foster respectful relationships
assist team in achieving common goals
meet quality assurance expectations and standards
move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place items weighing less than 25 pounds unaided
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
read and visually verify information in various formats
inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
grasp, turn, and handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, dragging, and stooping
move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
climb stairs and service ramps
greet and recognize guests per company standards
communicate clearly and professionally with others
answer calls with proper etiquette
perform other reasonable work tasks as assigned by supervisors
