Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
1 to 2 years' experience preferred
Food handlers card required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Commitment to health and safety standards

Job Duties

Greet all customers promptly and courteously
Serve foods from the serving line according to portion and appearance standard
Carve portions of meat for individual service
Cut, plate and garnish dessert items for service
Set up serving area
Replace supplies of self-service food items throughout service
Stock service area with beverages, food items, condiments and service ware
Operate cash register to receive payment for food and beverage items
Clean and maintain serving area, equipment and serving counters
Remove food at end of meal service and store appropriately
Document required food item tracking, temperature monitoring log, or waste log track protocols
