Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience working in a food service environment
- previous experience working as a Barista
- high school diploma preferred
- verbal and written communication in English
- ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods
- food handler permit as required by law
- basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- experience in customer service problem solving

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- process orders quickly and accurately
- maintain cleanliness and service standards daily
- prepare espresso beverages with properly textured milk suitable for latte art
- receive payments and make change accurately
- serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a variety of food items
- clean equipment and work areas regularly, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- perform other duties as assigned
