- physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and necessary tools
- clean equipment and work areas
- lock doors securely
- organize, stock and maintain work areas
- enter orders into the MICROS system and process payments
- take orders and prepare food and coffee
- ensure appliances like coffee machines are turned on and off at appropriate times
- clean tables and service trolley areas continuously
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day
- manage cash transactions including obtaining change, counting the register at shift end, completing cashier reports, resolving discrepancies, securing the cash drawer
- follow all company safety policies and procedures
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- complete required safety training and certifications
- ensure professional and neat personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of company information
- support colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team in reaching common goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
- perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving or transporting up to 25 pounds
- stand, sit or walk during prolonged periods or full shifts
- read and visually verify information
- inspect tools and equipment
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- answer telephone calls appropriately
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
