Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates
- Basic math skills
- Serv Safe certification within six months
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to comply with safety standards including use of PPE

- Serv Safe certified within six months of hire
Job Duties
- Produce Starbucks coffee program and set up for the day
- Open the coffee shop per service
- Attend to customers needs and ring up sales
- Ensure all beverages comply with Starbucks branded program following recipes and standards
- Restock condiment and beverage areas
- Wipe tables and chairs as needed
- Maintain register area during peak times
- Clean and maintain equipment, counters, storerooms, bread and toaster areas, beverage condiment areas, and tables
- Restock paper supplies, cups, condiments, napkins, and plastic service ware
- Place leftover breakfast pastries in individual bags with twist ties
- Replenish POS impulse items for lunch service
- Check bottle beverages, chips, milk, and coffee areas
- Check expiration dates of milk and yogurt
- Replenish and refresh products as needed
- Count closing bank and deposit into safe with Supervisor Barista
- Adhere to cash policies
- Prepare cash drawer for next day
- Ensure proper hand off and complete assigned cleaning tasks
- Maintain production records including holding, final cooking, and end of service temperatures
- Ensure products are properly labeled and dated
- Dust ledges and shelves routinely
