Job Requirements

  • Less than 1 year of applicable experience
  • possession of ServSafe Food Handlers Certification from the National Restaurant Association
  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work full-time hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • ability to work without guidance
  • willingness to be flexible
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to stand all day

Job Qualifications

  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of iced and hot beverages following customer orders and standard recipes
  • serve all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer
  • educate customers about menu offerings including pastries, coffees, kombucha, gelato, and teas
  • fulfill any other duties assigned by the management team
  • represent Saint Luke's in a professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
