Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
- possession of ServSafe Food Handlers Certification from the National Restaurant Association
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work full-time hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- ability to work without guidance
- willingness to be flexible
- strong interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand all day

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of iced and hot beverages following customer orders and standard recipes
- serve all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer
- educate customers about menu offerings including pastries, coffees, kombucha, gelato, and teas
- fulfill any other duties assigned by the management team
- represent Saint Luke's in a professional manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
