Job Requirements
- Minimum of 17 years of age
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
- Physical ability and stamina to stoop, reach, and lift equipment and supplies
- Remain on feet for long periods of time
- Completion of mandatory education and annual competencies within established timeframes
- Completion of annual employee health requirements within established timeframes
- Consistent use of appropriate universal precautions and protective equipment
- Adherence to regulatory agency requirements and compliance
- Compliance with organizational and department policies
- Availability to work overtime and additional shifts when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties
- Preparing hot and cold beverages to serve
- Serving packaged and prepared foods
- Compiling routine food orders
- Receiving and putting away deliveries, cleaning, and sanitation
- Operation of computerized POS for transactions
- Reacting politely and quickly to requests, queries, issues, and grievances
- Accepting cash and credit card transactions correctly following proper funds practices
