Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control and cash handling
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer specifications
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Engage with customers to provide a welcoming and personalized experience
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security protocols
- Handle cash accurately including register operations
- Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
