Job Requirements

Open availability preferred to accommodate varying shifts
ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
willingness to learn and follow food safety and hygiene standards
punctual and dependable work attendance
team-oriented and customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
adaptable and reliable with a commitment to safety and cleanliness

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
record all sales, collect cash, credit card, electronic payments and operate a cash register
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
