Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Completion and certification of Starbucks Barista Basics Training within 30 days
- Ability to present self professionally with honesty and integrity
- Ability to communicate positively and respectfully with others
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask and think independently
- Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation preferred
- Ability to use a computer
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and inventory control preferred
- Completion and certification of Starbucks Barista Basics Training required within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Prepare hand-crafted coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
- Operate cash register and credit card machines accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the beverage preparation area
- Ensure speedy delivery of drinks to support customer satisfaction
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with co-workers, staff, and customers
- Adhere to established food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control standards
