Job Requirements
- Part-time availability for afternoon and evening shifts
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle multiple forms of payment
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to attend scheduled shifts with punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to work varying days
- Students with work hour restrictions should apply for specific student worker positions
- Must be able to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and fosters a healthy and safe working environment
- No previous work experience required but preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that vary by account and client requirements
