Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry a plus
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- positive attitude with a passion for coffee and customer service
- adaptability to flexible work hours including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- deliver excellent customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
- provide consistent quality beverages and food products by adhering to all Dunn Brothers recipes and standards
- create a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest and employee
- manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- assist with new hire training by helping coach and develop team members
- ensure checklists side jobs and cleaning projects are completed
- drive for results with ongoing promotions achieving store goals and upselling each customer
