Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand and sit for periods of time

Job Qualifications
- Prior barista or bartending experience preferred
- one plus year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards
- proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
- refill cold brew kegs as needed
- maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar
- assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work
- contribute creative ideas for new menu items, drink art, unique beverage presentations, and seasonal specialty offerings
- participate in local product sourcing and collaborate with the team to enhance our coffee bar’s offerings
- always adhere to proper safety guidelines
- on occasion work overtime for special events
- assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed
- show care by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling
- assist with back of house zero waste initiatives as outlined by the venue sustainability manager
