Job Requirements
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform multiple tasks during each shift
- Strong customer service orientation

- Basic cash handling skills
- Willingness to assist in training new team members
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with customers
- Provide consistent quality beverages and food products by adhering to all Dunn Brothers recipes and standards
- Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest and employee
- Manage the cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Assist with new hire training by coaching and developing team members
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Engage with customers and anticipate their needs
