ability to work full-time
excellent communication skills
willingness to rotate between different eateries
ability to maintain equipment and cleanliness

experience in recipe scaling and documentation a plus
experience in hospitality a plus
barista training certification a plus

Job Duties

Hands-on preparation and service of all types of beverages
educating guests, training staff, and monitoring trends
maintaining equipment, restocking, and cleaning
using point-of-sale (POS) systems for tracking sales, processing transactions, and managing customer data
