- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Wow our guests and exceed their expectations so they will want to return again and again
- Positive attitude
- Create a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products
- Follow procedures for maintaining proper food safety standards
- Create a welcoming environment to all guests by welcoming them and connecting with them through conversation
- Create specialty coffee, espresso and matcha beverages following recipes and/or customer specifications
- Welcome questions from guests and seek opportunities to educate on our products
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
