Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Engage effectively with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Perform various tasks during each shift as assigned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and customer preferences
Job Qualifications

- Experience in customer service preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs
- Maintain store operating policies including cash handling and safety
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during shifts
- Build relationships with customers and team members
- Provide quality beverages and food products
- Ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
