Job Requirements
- Works a flexible schedule
- Works a minimum of three shifts per week
- Follows company procedure for communicating time off requests
- Regularly works necessary shifts including weekends and holidays if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Ability to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers up to five minutes at a time
- Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Ability to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand comfortably for hours
- Ability to climb a ladder and use a stepladder
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary
- Ability to safely walk between and around cars in the drive-thru line
- Ability to safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key in orders to the point of sale system
- Collect payments and correctly count back change to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes accurately
- Move with urgency and customer focus throughout shifts
- Stay productive and proactive even during slow business periods
- Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
- Know the menu and drink offerings thoroughly, assist customers in selecting desired drinks
- Dress appropriately and bring best self to work daily
- Execute shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores as needed
- Clock in and be ready to work at shift start
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation regulations
