Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • comfortable with a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • reliability and punctuality
  • strong communication skills
  • previous barista experience is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • prior barista or café experience preferred
  • hospitality or hotel experience is a plus
  • strong customer service skills and a warm, upbeat personality
  • the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
  • basic understanding of espresso equipment, milk steaming, and drink preparation (training provided)
  • reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • deliver friendly, polished, and efficient service to hotel guests and walk-in customers
  • anticipate guest needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations
  • handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and care
  • prepare coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and specialty beverages to consistent quality standards
  • follow recipes and presentation guidelines for all drinks and menu items
  • assist with light food preparation, plating, and heating as needed
  • arrive on time in proper uniform and follow all timekeeping procedures
