Job Requirements
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- comfortable with a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- reliability and punctuality
- strong communication skills
- previous barista experience is preferred
Job Qualifications
- prior barista or café experience preferred
- hospitality or hotel experience is a plus
- strong customer service skills and a warm, upbeat personality
- the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- basic understanding of espresso equipment, milk steaming, and drink preparation (training provided)
- reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
- ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- deliver friendly, polished, and efficient service to hotel guests and walk-in customers
- anticipate guest needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and care
- prepare coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and specialty beverages to consistent quality standards
- follow recipes and presentation guidelines for all drinks and menu items
- assist with light food preparation, plating, and heating as needed
- arrive on time in proper uniform and follow all timekeeping procedures
