Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and answer questions about the menu
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare a variety of beverages including bubble tea and espresso-based drinks following recipes and quality standards
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including sanitizing equipment and restocking
- Operate the point-of-sale system for order taking and payment processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
