Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform repetitive motions
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Passion for coffee and tea
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop coffee expertise
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the job

Job Duties

  • Be a warm host and guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional guest service throughout
  • Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
  • Be a coffee and tea expert with provided training
  • Generate new guests and build loyalty in the local community
  • Care about safety ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests
  • Maintain tidiness of the store, organize stock and innovate to improve processes
  • Take initiative with tasks and ideas contributing to overall store success
