Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Open availability for various shifts, including days and hours
- Ability to operate cash register and process transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and beverage preparation
- Willingness to learn and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
- Preferred prior experience in a similar role
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend all scheduled shifts punctually and with reliable regularity
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned based on client needs and business requirements
