Job Duties
- performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and food items in accordance with established service standards
- cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the store standards
- ensuring that proper food handling procedures are followed
- stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed
- ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicating shortages as necessary
- efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings
- assisting with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors
- researching and resolving quality and service complaints and or issues
- receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries
- participating in occasional sign waving shifts
- performing other duties as assigned
