Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a barista
- knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee machine operation
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares beverages requested by servers according to standard operating procedures
- prepare coffee, espresso beverages, matcha, and teas to exacting standards
- follow opening and closing procedures that maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- dial the espresso grinder as needed to develop and ensure the highest quality espresso
- prioritize quality and consistency in our products
- operate and maintain all coffee machinery and equipment
- effectively communicate with servers and serving assistances to ensure guests coffee is delivered to them in a timely manner
- adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- maintains clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
- performs pre and post-shift side work including stock service station makes coffee etc
- other duties as assigned
