Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- ability to stand for long hours and remain physically active
- capable of multitasking and handling physical tasks such as bending and lifting 15-45 pounds
- availability for flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and flexible with scheduling
- ability to communicate effectively
- tolerance for high stress
- proactive and independent work ethic
Job Qualifications

- prior experience as a barista or server preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer experience
- provide quality beverage and food consistently
- accurately take guest orders and make recommendations
- communicate product information and respond to customer inquiries
- work at various stations as needed
- maintain inventory and organize stock
- keep the café clean and sanitized
- clean espresso machines and brewing equipment
- ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- follow operational policies including cash handling and credit card processing
- report missing articles or damage
- assist team members and departments
- maintain composure during busy situations
