Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including temperature and ingredient modifications
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
- Handle cash transactions accurately following store policies
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to discover and respond to their needs
- Maintain store safety and security standards
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
