Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a food or beverage service environment is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Willingness to learn beverage preparation techniques
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of beverage preparation is preferred but not required
training will be provided
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards collaboration

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of Boba drinks, teas, and other specialty drinks according to recipes and standards
Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas
Monitor inventory levels of boba, syrups, and other supplies
assist in ordering as needed
Uphold health and safety standards by following proper food handling procedures
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience
