  • must maintain a neat and professional appearance upholding company appearance standards at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Prior food and beverage experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, providing eye contact and a warm welcome as they enter the coffee shop area
  • anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the company
  • maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
  • anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
  • deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
  • discover and respond to customer needs
  • follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all Team Members during each shift
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace so that Team Members can locate resources and product as needed
  • provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
