Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environments
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet and engage in conversation with each guest, providing highest level of service and hospitality
- Learn guest names and drink preferences
- Welcome questions and seek to educate guests about our products
- Suggestively sell gift cards and other products that benefit our business and guests
- Ring up all transactions in timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Prepare all drink and food items according to recipes and aesthetic guidelines with a high level of speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and operate/maintain all store equipment
- Open and close store according to company procedures
- Work outside periodically as required (line-busting, sign waving, etc.)
- Perform at high level individually and within a team environment to provide high value to our team, customers, and organization
- Comply to all policies, processes, and standards of our team
