Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for specialty coffee and customer satisfaction
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Complete all training materials to understand the menu and deliver excellent customer service
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to reach, kneel, and climb stairs to storage areas
- Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
Job Duties
- Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
- Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art
- Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
- Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change
- Open to learning new things
