Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or hospitality environment
  • ability to work shifts starting at 6:30 AM including weekends
  • strong customer service orientation
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to learn and collaborate
  • dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role
  • passion for coffee and knowledge of espresso preparation techniques
  • ability to maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service
  • ability to work early morning shifts including weekends
  • understanding of cocktail craft and mixology is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of espresso and coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, chai, and specialty drinks hot and iced
  • maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards in all beverages served
  • steam milk properly and ensure drink accuracy
  • deliver speedy service while maintaining high standards
  • develop trusting and transparent relationships with peers and other hotel associates
  • collaborate effectively within the service team and broader hotel staff
  • contribute to creating a welcoming and approachable guest experience
