Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Weekend and evening availability preferred
Barista or food service experience is a plus but training is provided

Job Duties

Prepare espresso drinks, specialty beverages, teas, and desserts with consistency and care
Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, positive attitude
Take orders accurately and operate the POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
Work collaboratively with the team during busy shifts
