Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform different tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve quality coffee and food products according to Starbucks standards

- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security throughout shifts
- Handle cash transactions accurately following store policies
- Perform diverse tasks throughout the store to support efficient operations
- Learn and adapt quickly to various job functions and responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and team members to enhance the store environment
