The Barista/Cashier role at Tailwind is key to the customer experience and operational success of the business. This position focuses on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for travelers by offering premium coffee and beverage options, while also handling transactional duties efficiently. As a Barista, you will be expected to greet every customer warmly, prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to Tailwind’s standards, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of your workspace. In the cashier capacity, you will accurately process customer transactions using cash registers and point of sale systems, maintaining a smooth and efficient flow at the point of sale. This role demands excellent customer service skills, including the ability to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide menu knowledge and recommendations. A collaborative team spirit is essential, as you will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

This part-time/full-time position requires punctuality and reliability, especially considering the need to comply with airport security regulations including passing a TSA background check for an airport badge.
