Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work 3-4 days per week including mandatory Friday through Sunday shifts
- ability to work either 9 am-5 pm or 11:30 am-7:30 pm shifts
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- strong interpersonal skills
- capacity to handle a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a barista or in a similar cafe role preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of espresso and smoothie preparation
- basic cash handling experience
- ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to team culture
- enthusiasm for healthy food and beverages
- flexibility to work weekend shifts
Job Duties
- greet and acknowledge every guest while providing outstanding service
- prepare espresso drinks, smoothies, fresh juices, and teas
- operate cash registers and complete transactions accurately
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and day-to-day maintenance of the cafe
- answer guest inquiries regarding ingredients and products
- stock supplies and ensure inventory availability
- support a collaborative team environment and uphold company hospitality standards
