Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and various sweet offerings in accordance with established service standards
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory
- communicate shortages as necessary
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
- Additional duties as assigned
