Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic math skills
Ability to handle cash and point-of-sale systems
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Dependable with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for coffee and delivering quality customer experiences
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Reliable and dependable team player

Job Duties

Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and various sweet offerings according to service standards
Clean, sanitize and maintain store
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
Additional duties as assigned
