- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
- Accurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register Procedures
- Assist with setup, cleanup, stockwork and handling of food items
- Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by the person in charge of the shift
- Comply at all times with Pronto Cafe's dress code and personal appearance standards
- Comply with all the cafe's policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens (i.e. safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-know, EEO, ADA, etc.)
- Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the guidelines and methods established by Pronto Cafe
- Perform other duties as directed by Manager or Shift Supervisor
