Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by embodying company values
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Promote product knowledge and upsell when appropriate
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
