Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage

Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, and sweet offerings according to service standards
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store cleanliness
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Efficiently serve customers with knowledge of offerings
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
