Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus

- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and pastries in accordance with established service standards
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store cleanliness
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicating shortages
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints or issues
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
- Additional duties as assigned
