- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 5:15 AM
- Availability for 4-6 hour shifts
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Willingness to learn coffee preparation and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work seven days a week including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
