Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Meet store operating policies and quality standards
- Engage effectively with customers and respond to their needs

- Perform multiple store tasks during each shift

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous barista experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- Provide legendary customer service by greeting and connecting with customers
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products to standard recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Adhere to store safety and security policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
