- Previous experience in barista or food and beverage roles preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards
- Create island-inspired guest interactions that reflect the Margaritaville lifestyle
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Engage guests with upbeat energy and genuine hospitality
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep service flowing smoothly
