Job Requirements

  • Works a flexible schedule
  • works a minimum of three shifts per week
  • follows company procedure for communicating time off requests
  • regularly works necessary shifts including weekends
  • is available to work holidays if necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes at a time
  • can work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
  • can work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather
  • can lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • can stand comfortably for hours at a time
  • can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
  • can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean
  • can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive-thru line
  • can safely use a utility knife

Job Duties

  • Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and correctly key in orders to the point of sale system
  • collect payments for orders and correctly count back any change to the customer
  • prepare all drinks and premixes
  • move with urgency on the customer's time
  • stay productive and proactive throughout the shift, even when business is slow
  • make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language
  • know the menu and drink offerings inside and out, assisting customers with suggestions and recommendations
  • dress appropriately for the assigned position and bring their best self to work
  • execute shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores as needed
  • always clock in and be ready to work at the assigned position when the shift begins
  • treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
  • maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
