Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or barista role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- Must work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work overnight shifts preferred
Job Qualifications

- Previous barista or coffee service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in fast-paced customer service environments
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare beverages according to menu standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately
- Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely
