Job Qualifications

- Willingness to work early mornings and weekends
- Barista experience is not required as training will be provided
Job Duties
- Present a positive image of PJ's to customers and coworkers
- Proactively suggest new beverages, drink enhancements, snacks, and pastries to improve customer experience
- Prepare all beverages and food to meet PJ's Coffee specifications and customer satisfaction
- Ensure excellent customer service in staff operations and store upkeep
- Follow cash handling procedures accurately
- Maintain store sanitation, safety, and aesthetic standards
- Alert management to operational needs, equipment failures, and improvements
- Enforce and abide by company policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Attend training sessions to increase coffee knowledge and work skills and apply them in operations
