Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of retail or related experience preferred
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to interact politely and effectively with customers
- good customer service skills
- organizational skills
- detail-oriented
- basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently
- willingness to work in varied temperature environments and be exposed to outside weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register to itemize purchases and process payments
- stock items and rotate coffee products and merchandise
- maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
- notify department lead or manager for orders
- comply with company policies on security, cash handling, and product management
- maintain cleanliness and stock levels
- communicate company programs, specials, and coupons to customers
- follow PPE and safety guidelines
- follow food safety and cleaning standards
- follow guest experience guidelines
- perform tasks in other departments as assigned
- additional responsibilities as needed
