Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- answer any questions about the menu
- call guests by name and thank them for their order
- provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- provide legendary service to guests
- stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly
- set a positive example for the team
- operate a cash register and receive payment from guests following all brand and company policies
- keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the company culture, values and mission
- follow operational policies and procedures including safety and security guidelines
