Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
  • answer any questions about the menu
  • call guests by name and thank them for their order
  • provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently adhering to recipe and presentation standards
  • provide legendary service to guests
  • stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly
  • set a positive example for the team
  • operate a cash register and receive payment from guests following all brand and company policies
  • keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
  • act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the company culture, values and mission
  • follow operational policies and procedures including safety and security guidelines
